Comforting, crunchy, and oh-so-satisfying — a must-have for your Ramadan table!<br /><br />Ingredients :<br /><br />-Potatoes 3 large ( Aloo )<br />-Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak )<br />-Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp ( Haldi Powder )<br />-Chicken powder 1 tsp <br />-Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp ( Zeera powder )<br />-Coriander Powder 1 tsp ( Dhania Powder )<br />-Red chili flakes 1 tsp ( Dhara Mirch )<br />-Dry Oregano Leaves 1 tsp<br />-Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp ( Kali Mirch )<br />-Fresh Coriander chopped ( Hara Dhania )<br />-Corn FLour 3 tbsp <br />-Water 1/4 cup ( Pani )<br />-Bread slice 5 -6<br />-Tooth pick as required <br />-Cooking oil<br /><br /><br />Direction For Cooking :<br /><br />-Take a bowl add boiled potatoes mash them well.<br />-Add salt , turmeric powder , red chili flakes , black pepper , chicken powder , oregano leaves , coriander powder , cumin powder mix well set aside.<br />-Take Steamer add water when water starts boiling place bread slice steam for 1 -2 mins , your bread slice will not break even if the bread is not fresh.<br />-Cut the edges of bread then roll out the bread add potato stuffing , apply some water on edge and seal the edge well.<br />-Cut into two parts place a tooth pick inside.<br />-Take a another bowl add corn flour add black pepper , salt , water mix well and set aside.<br />-Now dip bread roll in to corn flour slurry then fry.<br />-Use medium flame , fry until crispy and golden brown.<br />-Your bread roll are ready serve with any sauce and enjoy.<br /><br />#breadrolls #breadrollsrecipe #breadrollrecipe #crispybreadroll #spicebitebysara #babafoodrecipes <br /><br />
